1. Once I receive an email from you. We will set up our first call to go over your goals and fitness history.

2. It will take a few days for me to get your customized plan made, along with your customized nutrition.

3. I will go over & explain my personalized coaching app (NO this is NOT an app where you pay a subscription or do everything on your own). This app allows me to track your progress, see your efforts, accomplishments, and goals. EVERY workout is customized to YOU and the app allows me to attach specific video attachments for the clients gain :) 

4. COMMUNICATION. We will talk multiple times a week, I will not only be your coach but your friend. I push communication because I want you to reach your goals and I can’t help if I don’t get updates from you, often!
